ContactPro Supervisor

ContactPro Supervisor is a combined solution to monitor call center activities and service levels via browser application and to take action if reports or an external event demand a new allocation of resources. CP Supervisors is available as an app for standard mobile devices. ContactPro Supervisor is an application for supervisors in the Avaya contact center, helping them to monitor and manage agents. CP Supervisor enables managing all media of all sites even if the supervisor is not currently on site.
